SS armor is generally superior to Kael's.
Travelling through WW is easier. You avoid bad surprises porting in WL with Wuoshi up. Sontalak not KoS. You open up quests with 2 factions instead of 1. Dragon faction seems a better choice, unless you factor competition on quests (good luck on scout charisa turn-in). Though dragon quest rewards still seem better overall. | ||
