Any android programmers?

Someone needs to make an android app that you put on your sisters phone that disconnects your p99 session every time she makes a phone call.

There are programs for Windows that can throttle the bandwidth allowed for other open programs. Imagine the tears if the P99 devs required one of these to throttle the connection to the server.
