NPC Spawn Issue: the Kly

Is this guy spawning properly? I've killed his placeholder ("the Kly Overseer") dozens of times the past couple weeks and never seen "the Kly" once.

The wiki provides his spawn rate as 25%, similar to that listed here - although I doubt the accuracy of some info therein.

Don't believe it's Velious-related, as I've camped him both pre- and post-patch to no avail.

Killed another dozen Overseers today and still no bossman. If the 25% spawn rate is correct, I've just had the bad luck to fail a 96% likelihood of spawning him [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Could someone please look into this?

Looks like the spawn is working as intended. It's rare!

Note: The 25% spawn rate quoted is not accurate at all. The wiki isn't correct, and the link posted is for another eqemu server.
