Velious is for druids only.

Apparently theres too many wizards on the server or something.

The only wizard velious ports on vendors for another 1.5 months are Iceclad gate and portal and found on the NK, Sro, and Rathe Mtn gypsies.

The SS vendor selling GD, WL, and CS portals will be added back in due time.
