Ele, the issue is that I'm working on a web-based LFG tool and have no way to verify the identity of those claiming to be character JohnDoe, etc.
Magelo is less of a target because its kind of obscure, but if the LFG tool became as popular as ahungry/eqauctions, I could see some abuse starting.
I could run a client and parse the logs to a character where users do something like "/tell lfgbot pin 74812" but then I basically need to pay 4-5 times more for a server that can run a 3D application in addition to the otherwise simple php app + mysql.
