Leave velious era items unchanged or rollback item nerfs

The current "lists" and other non-sense going on is a complete clown show.

We were not even aware verant was going to nerf these items at the time and there wasn't 60 people in WL trying to out dick each other when I was there years ago at release.

So either just leave the items in or rollback the changes. The "but classic 1!1!1!!" Excuse is stupid at this point. We are not going past velious.

we support anything that consists of players working together like civilized human beings to not involve the staff. so far based on what i saw during kunark launch, and so far on velious, this (https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...0&postcount=38) is the best system for that camp.
