NPC Spawn Issue: Gynok Moltor

I am doing the Paw of Opolla quest, and Gynok Moltor in Befallen seems to be broken. I have more than 25 hours camping him, and he has not spawned.

RNG can be a killer

I did this quest a few weeks ago.

Just gotta keep killing that pather that tells you you won't get a ring until you get a ring!
