Agatha invited me early one morning to attend a ragefire run with a pearl he was using, I was a 58 monk he'd met 3 days prior in TMO. Agatha rules were the same fair and normal rules all ragefire loot is ran by. The one who turned in pearl gets first pick, everything else was nbg rolling. I didn't end up winning anything but a good friend scored a blazing ro armorpiece, I had a fun time and would help him do it again.
