I mean a ton were already given out, what's another 50 masks going to matter? Tons of players came over after classic. Another idea is VP weapons, those weapons are rotting with most guilds and wont be viable weapons come velious, like i said most players don't wanna do events without a chance of some type of award.

Unless this is given to naked people competing, or find a balanced way to do it so most people have a shot, it matters because its basically a pixel shower for people who already have an edge.

Halloween event of 2001 was cool because it was so chaotic, guilds competed for loot but at the same time naked newbs could score some loot too. There was something for everybody.
