Only real answer here so far, you are a little too low for OT or Kaesora. Do FV cliffs at 34 if you have time to duo with a druid.

Ah, yeah, looks like my memory of Kaesora was off a bit. 34 would be doable, 36 more realistic for someone who isn't either really familiar with solo charming or really familiar with Kaesora.
