Freezing while zoning / cant log in / no servers on server select

I've been having these same issues for a long time now. I get LD upon zoning, gating, porting, or anything that requires a "new" zone to need to "Load". I also sometimes have days where I don't experience it as much. But I am always trying to mentally calculate how long a zone occurs, versus the amount of time it takes when successful.

What I found strange was, in the last patch, one of the items was supposed to possibly remedy this problem. However, it actually seemed to increase the rate it occurred, at least on my end.

I know others in game that are experiencing this as well. We have discussed it and we all are starting to feel that this is a server side problem. Mainly because of the different systems we are using. We all are aware and able to configure the client correctly.

With that said, perhaps the tech portion of the 1999 staff might could run some diagnostics. Maybe the solution is just waiting to be discovered and fixed.
