I've never actually tried to KS a mob from someone was who was in range (which doesn't even sound like that's what happened here btw, told you lost fte), but I have killed a few people engaged to ac then taken it myself. I think it is probably legal to just kill the mob even if you lose the Fte if they are in range but not exactly sure.

So enjoying PVP is causing group wipes to exp deaths for the lulz? No, that is known as griefing. Similar to how corpse camping is not considered legitimate pvp but harassment and griefing.

I see people jump in and knock people down to low hp and run to cause experience deaths every day. Following this up with the constant shit talking that inevitably follows and the demand that they quit playing on red is toxic behavior and is pushing people off the server. Nobody enjoys having to earn every level twice.

That is a pretty silly assumption. Just out of my group of 3 RL buds who play all of us woke the sleeper and cleared all relevant velious content first on our server on live. I hate to break it to you, but this shit isn't rocket science.
