Spell files not up to date despite darndest efforts

I am having the same issue. I tried what you said Ashintar and nothing.

I am having the same issue on my laptop, me and my friend just got it at the same time, did everything the same way and his worked. I got home and installed it on my other computer and it also worked. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling on my laptop and it still doesn't work, not sure why its happening.
