How do you fix this new stutter?

Yeah or RIIIIIPPPPP, I said "Only dreams now" its pretty funny i know itll happen to me

Not sure exactly how the new stuff works but you can mess with network settings at the options in UI, only from login screen though. Im trying predictive setting now
