With sneak so OP broken its actually not that hard right now. Just wait till its fixed (if ever), will separate the wheat from the chaff.
Praise a fixed Sneak. I really hope that fix comes for Velious so that pulling takes some amount of skill/patience.

What's the problem with sneak here? It seems to work mostly similar to the way it did on live, but my memory may be shitty.

nevermind found the thread: http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=192166

King camp is often a shit show. The reason is that very few people have the skill to single pull king or ph back to the zone out room, so they pull him to a spot that leaves them open to gm intervention.

I guess what I'm saying is, get better.
Thats not even remotely the issue. Zone out room has 3 mobs, plus 2 wandering adds, that have to be dealt with. Therefore zone out room is not a duo spot and cannot be solo pulled, never has been regardless of if it is possible or not. Collusion changes made the tube room spot a lot more of a hassle than it used to be. So the options for duo'ing are either the 'illegal' water ledge or the tube room which is a PITA now since the patch. Zone out room has nothing to do with anything. Tube room now takes skill, only a few monks on the server are willing to do it.
