social guild for leveling?

Does the blue server have a social guild that is basically a pure social /lfg guild for new players?

There are a number, not much, but a number. The key is time-zone.

Check-out: College of Adventure, Crypt Raiders, The Gathering for some. Probably some more of which I am unaware. These are more social / levelling guilds to allow players to come together without any class / level restrictions.
