This guy had a Medallion of the Jarsath, so I still have that for MQ if anyone needs.

Also thanks to the genius who apparently turned in All 3 medallions before we got there, but left the Tooth as the only remaining piece of the MQ.

Lucky we were turning in the tooth first.
