Triggered is when an expected and repeatable reaction occurs. Some mobs are triggered by killing a specific mob as part of the process to trigger them. IN this case it's still 100%. If not, then it's not triggered... it's random. Additionally there are rules in place that prevent people from being jerks and holding up triggered mobs by spawning them and never killing them. That's why a completely separate rule was made for how long you have to kill a mob that is triggered. This rule does not determine if a mob is or is not triggered. Triggered has to be established first for this rule to apply. Killing a PH that may "randomly" spawn a named does not make the named a "triggered" mob. YOUR action of killing ph does not spawn the named. It's random. That's why it's not triggered. You didn't MAKE it spawn. You can not specifically do an action to make it' spawn again 100%. If that was the case, every mob out there is "triggered" and all you have to do is AE an entire zone to claim all mobs were "triggered" by you, and thus you have 20 mins to kill them all again. Another example since it's hard for you... A turn in to LoIO spawns a specific mob every time for monk epic. You kill that mob and every time 2 more mobs spawn. Those are "triggered" mobs. It's 100% repeatable. It happens every time you take the same actions. If the result is random, they system determined the reaction and NOT you. thus not triggered. Krey
