Yesterday was a datacenter issue, not a DDoS. Although I wouldn't put it past certain people to attempt to DDoS a server that's already down for maint. | ||

They are running Project 1999 as a virtual server. The virtual servers are only using 4 disks. As a result the hardware is limited and causing service slow downs. The hardware upgrade is to add more disks to the array to increase load balance and distribution. Just drop the 20 grand and buy a MD3220i and with 24 300GB 15K RPM disks can be done with it. *takes off tinfoil hat* | ||
