Well yes and no. If you (solo) are camping a particular spawn point, then yes, "that" spawn point is camped. It's impossible to camp all 4 spawn points solo, so camp rules do not apply, but FTE.

A group of 4, however can successfully "own" the Quillmane pop, as all 4 points can be camped, and FTE no longer applies.

That is what I was responding to. There is 3 spawn points and PH's pop up in numerous locations. There is no 4th spot.

if you really want to get technical and lawyer-ish about the whole thing then quillmane is actually a triggered mob. It has a chance to appear every time the instant you kill a correct target. hence triggered. Those mobs are triggers rather than placeholders. What was the rule on anything triggered again? 20 minutes to kill.

Um, no... not triggered. Triggered is a turn in that 100% spawns the mob. Example would be Ixi. You turn in scroll, mob spawns...

Random PH is not "triggered".

Maybe in your world. If that were true guilds would not have 20min to kill overseer of air and hand of veeshan when they are TRIGGERED by killing the previous mob.
