eq2 pvp progression server

i understand how the class system works on reggy servers atm where necros/brigs/sk/dirge must be evil team, but thought i read somewhere devs said that both factions will have all classes? still not clear how that will work. wonder if the good races will be able to roll the evil class or would u have to roll evil class to play a brig then betray. normally i guess in that case the betrayer would switch to a swash but here it sounds like that would not be the case? unless i am completely wrong, not sure.
