What I do remember was on the pvp server the good side suffered because no brigand. Dispatch is big, fyi. Cant remember on launch but again no pvp servers on launch

Yeah, taunt works in PVP...forces your target for the taunt duration - super cool PVP mechanic and a way to defend casters/healers besides just spam healing.
