I personally saw Nizzar take off after me at bard speed in Nektulos forest a few guildmates in TS(which was Heresy) all asked how he was running so fast.

Nah and root came off instantly, and he never got caught up to was running faster than sow. No way you can get chain rooted a ton of times and still have a bunch of sowed people not catch you
