My theory, based on the retard Kimm's fantasy.
Syft is actually: Burgerking Sirken Nirgon Syzygyst Hatelore Gongshow Derubael Syft Swyft Samwise Exed Bestow but not Colgate. Too hard to act that beta and retarded.

GM SIRKEN = 8 letters
GM NIRGON = 8 letters coincidence? perhaps G 7 M 13 S 19 I 9 R 18 K 11 E 5 N 14 Sum: 96 G 7 M 13 N 14 I 9 R 18 G 7 O 15 N 14 Sum: 97 What succeeds 96: 97 Coincidence? 96 and 97 combined are 9697 What is 9 but an upside down 6... 6667... The seventh letter of the alphabet... G 666G. 6666 repeating.. 6666: the mark of everquest. More coincidences? DR NIGRON DDS GM NIRGON 666 Coincidence.... I think not The numbers do not lie.

A variant on my theory:
Nirgon is Platlord and actually works for Sirken and Rogean, who generate PP for him to sell to unsuspecting RMTers so that the devs always have a database of who to ban. Knowing that those players will ultimately come back and buy more plat they create a never ending cycle of cash flow for themselves. Nirgon gets busted selling uppers with the plat that he was given and the devs sell Nirgon out as a bargaining chip to the feds, and rather than ban the account with all of the platinum they just publicly retire his forum account. This explains why platlord is never banned and why Nirgon is never banned. The devs then switch to selling items as platlord rather than platinum to keep the economy from being saturated, thus keeping the value of PP high enough to establish a market rate on items and allow velious inflation to not hurt their cash flow based upon the amount of pp that will be pumped into the economy then. This also explains the sudden and astronomical spike in price for the AoN, as it now has a real world value attached to it proportional to the amount of PP it is worth in game.
