Hit 33 on my shaman here as well, iirc they turn light blue at 32 but still gave ok exp till 33 at which point it was 5 or 6 kills for 1%. |
As an Enc, I think 24 will be too early for the ones in Swamp. They will resist and break charm quite often. Better to do WW until at least 27 before you move on to Swamp.
Also, at level 29 you get Air elemental illusion which will be great for longer lasting and reagent free levitate which you will appreciate in Swamp (you'll understand...).
