GM's need to start suspending entire guilds for blatant trains if they want this to stop (both sides). Plenty of people have accounts to just throw away in their attempt to train the others, and will keep doing so as long as just that account is affected. I have been on both sides, and they all insinuate, and sometimes even openly tell their members to train the others. Punishment needs to come down on the leaders/guild as a whole to clean it up, until then it's a joke.
