I don't get it... chanter's nuke and dot are both magic-based
and will be resisted if opponent is MR geared.

Because despite what certain individuals say on these forums, very little PVP is 1v1 PVP and enchanters can queue up YTs for your pals like no other class.

A great enchanter is a beast....most suck because they think they kill via nukes or dots. I duo with one who is 80-26 or so....patience. He will set you up, mez lock, snare....debuff all day long before sitting and loading up his kill.

And as noted, if they are paired with a quick kill class you are in a corpse run.

Luckily 90% of the chanters here are awful and pvp like they solo pve.
