Memory Read Error

I did a fresh install yesterdat of P1999 but when I go to launch the screen turns black like its going to launch and then it says "The instruction at 0x77b4334f referenced memory at 0x00000004. The memory could not be read. I've tried changing my resolution and its done nothing.
