pros/cons of item recharging on red

seems the primary concern surrounding recharging is being able to bind people in mischief.

Keeping the guild supplied with mallets is not an issue at all. Takes two people like 20 minutes to stack up 2 accounts worth of mallets. Don't think that's a very good argument for recharging.

I have a hard time believing Empire doesn't have a bunch of level 1 trolls in innothule swamp rockin mallets.

If the masses being able to bind in mischief is legit, and not being able to do this would cause super unclassic issues an alternative solution might be arrived at.

Temporary mischief binding by casters? Dont shoot me, just brain storming.
