Silver Chitin Hand Wraps devalue pretty much every sub-30% haste item because they are relatively common and have decent stats. RBG/SBC are still desirable but they lose their status as the only "affordable" worn haste with good stats.

Unless your a monk.. Which by now everyone has one they all have their epic because like the rogue their Guildmasters hand them out at level 1.

So waist or back haste are the only 2 available prior to ToV quest.
