how many times do i have to ask questions for you to believe me that i literetly do not understand.

If global OOC isnt for Out Of Context chat, then that is news to me. I am sorry you are so upset but you said you were going to just start handing out suspensions and stop giving warnings, and it just seems a little hostel and out of nowhere.

I saw no such post that we were changing the rules and am asking for some real clarifications.
