Though I boxed on live, I agree and support the no-boxing rule on p99. I am not trying to box, period. I know I can't prove this, so lets move along...time will tell.

If you have two players playing on one IP and you have 4 accounts, you can not get IP exceptions for all the accounts if you plan to share them. My girlfriend and I can't play accounts A, B, C, D on the same IP. Hence why I'm asking about multiple ISPs. I disagree with this policy, but I'd rather try to look for solutions in this thread.

Have you tried asking about this? IP Exemptions are actually account based so If you put in a petition for only 2 of those accounts to get exemptions then yeah you could run into combinations that wouldnt allow you log on at same time.

LOL, real money == second ISP connection.

Mainly concerned with the ability for my girlfriend and I to share accounts while within same home.

Will use IP Exemption for the moment and not share accounts, but will probably take the two ISP route in the future.

Just get an IP exemption. Much easier and cheaper and if it is legitimately 2 people then you have nothing to worry about.

*shrug* The way I understood what I was told is that no sharing of accounts between respective owners would be allowed once all accounts were approved for IP exemption. Honestly, the process has been somewhat confusing compared to what was described to me by friends and what I've observed given the short time I've been on the server, but I'll see how things work out over the next month. Anyway, I was approved a few days ago and hopefully they approve my additional accounts(even though I won't be allowed to share them).

Why would you want to share them? Good luck in there! Remember not to log in and buff yourself from your girlfriend's account and vice versa.

I don't think sharing accounts will get you into trouble, I think the rule sorta exists in the same way that it did on live, share your account if you want but don't come crying to the gms when your plats are stolen

Anyway you are wayyyyyy over thinking this dude, just get exemptions and don't box, rmt or hax and you got nothing to worry about.

Delfi, we had a member in the guild.. He and his wife together had one of each class all on a seperate accounts(so what is that like 12 accounts? Ish?).

They would interchangeably play any of their characters at any time. I don't see why you have two ISP's, but like everyone is saying so far if you don't cheat you not gonna get in trouble for cheating. Guy above me has for it right.
