Variance is kinda custom. In 99 guilds had to come to some kind of agreement due to the predictable spawning of the raid targets. Of course EQ had a team of guides and paid GMs to deal with the fall out from guilds fighting over spawns, obviously here they don't and don't want to deal with that bullshit [You must be logged in to view images.
