In short, you need the Robe of the Whistling Fist + Immortals Book + Demon Fang. However, to get the Robe of the Whistling Fist you need to get the Robe of the Lost Circle + KC Pipe + Chardok Pipe. To get the Robe of the Lost Circle you have to either kill Brother Qwinn/Brother Zephyl or at a minimum (if you buy all the other pieces) camp Raster of Guk, because The Idol he drops does not MQ.

Robe of the Whistling Fist = Robe of the Lost Circle + KC Pipe + Chardok Pipe

Robe of the Lost Circle = Shadow Silk + Needle of the Void + Jonthan's Whistling Warsong + Rare Robe Pattern

Needle of the Void = Purple Hand Band + Code of Zan Fi

Rare Robe Pattern = Red Sash of Order + The Idol

Shadow Silk = Shadow Wolf Pelt + Silk Swatch + Gather Shadows
