Advice for faction grinding on Shaman epic

The only part that requires any help at all would be the black dire

Nah you can do it all solo up to black dire. But you can do pages in CoM without having done black dire, so you can grind the faction, get xp, all while you figure out how to get someone to help you get your sow boots.
