Why I *will* be playing on Ragefire

Im curious, what is the lock for the expansions on Ragefire? I know you are excited about it. Which is cool.

Like is it at least a month in each expansion? the progression server I was on, was purely, when you beat all the bosess, the next expansion opens up. Which resulted in me just be like, this is like the normal server already, I havent even been to Mistmoor yet lol

By my understanding, it will be locked in Classic only for a minimum of six months. Once all end content has been beaten, a vote will be taken (I think once per week?) by all characters above a certain level to determine if Kunark will be unlocked. This process will repeat for Velious (i.e. another six months in Kunark before the option for Velious is given) and Luclin. After that, the process stays the same for each additional expanion but on a 3 month timer instead of 6. In short, minimum 18 months before Luclin can be released.
