Syft truly is an idiot but it doesnt mean everything he says is idiotic. Regardless of which side you play on please don't support bullshit rules such as this. A single or small groups of players are not going to lock people out of doing content, but assembling one of those small groups and actually managing to stop stop/delay a raid is one of the most fun experiences you'll have on a pvp server. It also enhances the PvE experience as you'll now have something to worry about other then autoatacking and hiding from an ae behind a corner every 20 seconds.
