Why does it need a beta, they've already had progression servers

There are new things on this server. They've completely overhauled the way that they are going to inhibit xp gain on this server as compared to previous TLPs(as on regular live servers xp has been sped up considerably in the early levels to try to get people caught up to where most of the population is). There is new zone instancing/mirroring tech they're working on for newbie zones and some population heavy zones to handle overflow once a zone reaches a particular population level to try to alleviate the issues with dumping 2000+ new characters on a server with only a dozen newbie areas(though I personally think this one is a mistake and only caters to the boxers as anyone playing a single account will be looking for a higher pop and easy pickup groups in static zones). I believe they've also done more to work on some of the overpowering issues that occurred the last time around.
