Every nfl team cheats, it's just people question everything the pats do cause they have been the best team in the league over the last 15 years, and they're sick of talking about the patriots winning. Can you imagine playing a pickup basketball game and some guy crying foul because the ball was slightly under inflated? I swear this whole scandal is straight out of some rejected Will Ferrell sports movie

Or maybe, just maybe, the Patriots are the most winningest team because of their willingness to cheat.

So all the teams that cheat and bend the rules to the point of breaking them are really super successful? By my count there are 32 teams currently that you can be sure would fit the description of cheaters if you were to look into their organizational practices etc. Lets be real about it. Everyone is cheating at least a little bit. I would consider a few lbs of ball pressure a very little bit. Maybe if the Pats are so horribly corrupt as everyone wants to imply based on the flimsy report, they would have something a bit more serious charged against them. Like paying off refs, or running a cash for injuries program, or something that actually directly impacted a game. 2 lbs low on the ball pressure? Really? You think that's worthy of a season long ban and stripping a title? Get real.

I'd like to know more about these other cheaters. Please, fill me in.

Report seems pretty solid to me. Plus this is the second high profile cheating scandal that they've been found guilty of since Tom Brady joined the team. You don't think he had much success passing against defenses when he knew what coverages they were in before the snap, do you?

They did something against the rules to put themselves at an advantage. You can continue to try to marginalize that or you can accept that they cheated.

Its also against league rules to wear certain brands of shoes, or to leave your shirt untucked, or to leave your socks down, or for a coach to walk onto the field of play during regulation. How many superbowl titles should we retroactively strip for the horribly egregious violations of NFL rules?

I'm pretty sure players and teams are appropriately sanctioned when those kinds of infractions occur. This situation will be no different.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery. I accept your compliment.
Can you please do me a favor and talk to whomever it was you begged to get your account back and ask them to add a string of zeros to the end of my forum name? There are too many total zeros in TMO, but ten or eleven total zeros should do the trick for the forums. Thanks.

Football is like playing a game of hot potato, the end zone is the kitchen sink

At any rate, i'd question where the balls were, if they were inside a room prior to the game, 80 degrees to a drop of whatever temperature outside. Other than that, effusion could be likely. I don't follow sports because, i mean really, watching a bunch of men in tights hop on top of eachother, it's not my thing.
