I got Zaraboo's corpse to the dock. As for binding, you'll have to get someone to do it for you and that's not always quick and easy. Generally, if you can find a level 12+ Int caster or 14+ Wis caster, they'll be happy enough to do it. It's customary to offer a donation of 2-5pp but I find they're often refused. If you're too poor to pay that, state it up front; I don't expect many would refuse.

Also be advised that some of the NPCs in Qeynos will want you dead, and some of those roam close to or onto the docks. Con everyone before they get close until you get to know who is who.
