Your sky setting must be at complex. Is it?

If you incorrectly patched at first, it may have erased some files. That would explain the screenshot. I included an improved cloud texture in the next update below!

New version here includes an improved cloud texture I forgot to include.

Download: P99 Sky Update

a) unzip
b) place new Resources folder into your P99 directory.
c) overwrite and merge all
d) requires game restart
e) sky type: complex in order to show multicolor clouds
