I was going to suggest running a tracert to project1999.com

Then I tried one myself and found 2 timeouts...but I don't have any issues [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Got a laptop or another device that can log in on P99? Maybe the next step is to log in either on the same PC somewhere else or a different device on your connection.
