Shaman on live back in the day (often roped in to heal) and a cleric on P99 that I have to admit I rarely log in anymore other than to rez people... but yeah, I like it when you get a good efficient group where the tank holds aggro, the dps is high, the mobs are plentiful and the healer's job is easy [You must be logged in to view images. I don't think people realize how much harder it is for a warrior to gain and maintain aggro on P99 then it was back on Live. Three quarters of people on blue are twinked to the gills, especially everyones pet monk/epic rogue. I was raged on by a CoF/fungi/epic rogue around level 20 or so in MM for not being able to hold aggro, and don't I should quit the game haha.
I also think a lot of people don't grasp the concept of proxy aggro. Even though I explain it with my warrior every group I get into, and even have a macro for it, I'll have a group with 3-4 root capable casters, and no one will root. I mean no one. Whatsoever. Aggro then proceeds to ping pong around, people get hurt, healer tries healing everyone, constantly OOM, group breaks up. This exact chain of events has happened to me multiple times before, all because people have their own agendas, refuse to listen to other people, or work as a team, because they are trying to exp so frantically as if their life depended on it.
Sorry, that was my root proxy aggro rant. You may proceed with your regularly scheduled programing.
