This is huge, if you look at it on way..we could have had velious and then a month later total server shutdown. So this is good, anyway you look at it. Hopefully people can rework their velious plans.

And i hope daybreak doesnt find away to sneak in and snipe the server or merge it into their actual game plans that would spell the end of p99.But i guess with the daybreak breaking off of the soe brand makes it easier to coexist because sony are the ones who were greedy as all hell.

I have been a licensed attorney for over 25 years and I hope P99 had their legal counsel review the agreement before signing. Contrary to what many are posting here, just because P99 "has an agreement" doesn't mean they are now in a better position.
