Default Hot Leveling Zones

So what are the zones were people typically level? Could someone please put their own quick guide to the hot zones on this server from 1-60?

Currently i'm a level 16 Ogre Warrior and curious where everyone is so it'd be the easiest to have a party. Also, looking for a place with decent loot. Currently i'm in Nro but the croc meat doesn't sell for too much. I was tempted to swing over to Kunark here now that I have nothing to learn until level 25.

Thank you guys!

Well "hot zones" aren't the same as live.

The well trodden path where you'll always find people are...

Crushbone
Unrest
Mistmoore
City of Mist
Karnor's Castle
Sebilis

In that order. For an ogre you can probably substitute Crushbone for some Upper Guk (or North Ro/EC) > Oasis before hitting Unrest.

If you head to Kunark...

16-20 Kurn's Tower
20-30 Lake of Ill Omen (if you can find groups, just need a healer to get one started)
(or) 20-29 Warslik's Woods

Thank you. Can't even recall if i've been to unrest. Guess that will be an adventure.

As for loot, get to 50+ as fast as you can, earn plat along the way and then you can gear up fairly cheaply in EC.

Try and pick up some good aggro/proc weapons if you haven't got any at the moment, those epic rogues gonna be stealing it left and right - and the bad ones never evade [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Basically...get to 46, guild up with a guild that raids and try and get some loot in Plane of Hate [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Ask them if they've got an evade macro set up... some of them need a clip round the ear and a bit of encouragement, otherwise the usual sink happens.

1. Healer goes oom.
2. People sit around for a bit while healer gets mana back.
3. Someone's dog dies.
4. Someone else's "kid" just woke up.
5. Group disbands.

Kids never wake up when the XP is good... never...

Last night I played for 6 hours. It was amazing how many people we went through. Literally people would join the group for 15 minutes then dip. Was hoping for more no lifers.

It gets better as you level I think. Big gap from your average Oasis group to your average City of Mist group [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Oasis crocs and unrest real good spots around 16.

20+ Mistmoore is really popular too.
