Miscellaneous: lesser faydark fairies

I'm looking at Alakazam around 2002-2003 on the Wayback machine, and I'm not actually seeing the Fairy Guards listed under the Fine Steel weapons.

Morning Dew is only listed as being found by foraging.

The earliest archives of wing and dust don't say who drops it, unfortunately. :/

Anyone else more experienced in the ways of the Wayback Machine should chime in. Possibly, the P99 wiki is just wrong. For now, I'm editing the entries that seem to be suspect. Feel free to revert if I've made a mistake or if something changes.
