empire is already smashing the fuck out of fresh whenever they want, once they get velious gear the gap will be even bigger and fresh members will start getting bored and stop logging on bc they have no chance.
The best possibility for success is empire getting bored playing by themselves after being draped in velious loot and some of their members breaking off. By this time tho the server will probably be dying bc who wants to keep logging into velious forever. | ||

People need to straight man up and have a strictly raid alliance.
You get together to kill the zerg, each leader of alliance has a random, or round robin each raid, so each guild gets at least 1 loot per raid. When raiding is done, kill every one and any one. If you get salty for getting killed after you gave some dude loot then quit and join blue or holo. | ||
