People think any of this shit actually matters and for too many individuals P99 is the main source of friendships and socializing in their lives so grudges, bad blood, etc are real life shit to them.

Combine the reasoning in the sentence above with the reasons that cause this situation in the first place (social disorders) of said individuals and you have an infinite loop.

Sorry pal, but if this server was made up of cool and normal people that wanted to play a pvp server for pvp instead of amassing pixels for no real reason, then it would already have happened. This is not the case and it will never happen."

Pretty accurate. Many people play here for friendship with internet people who they will never meet. I play here to slay dragons.

Actually, we may soon be the most successful guild on Red99. Remember, <Fresh> is a leveling guild as well as a raid/PvP guild. We don't have a level requirement. "Well maybe you should!" No - our willingness to accept new players is why we have grown far faster than any other guild on Red. And look at us now - we've got tons of active members, we've brought many new players to the server, we have a growing group of raiding members, and we are already successfully contesting Holocaust/<Empire> and <Azrael> for loot. Secondly, you make it seem like we've gotten one mob a month; in fact, our rate of major loot mobs is increasing. How about yours?

K/D ratio is cool and a mark of individual excellence within a guild, but for a leveling guild all it means is we're gaining experience. <Fresh> is going through a crucible of PvP and attempts to taunt us and make us feel ashamed of our mission and our progress.

Long-term guild success means recruiting members and enabling them to develop as players. If we had only accepted players 46+ with a K/D ratio of 2+ or whatever, we'd be small like <Friends>.

If you want a chance to take the fight to <Empire>, you ought to join us or at least help us rather than make fun of us for doing something great you yourself aren't even trying to do.

I hope you understand this and can respect <Fresh> for it, but I'm not holding my breath.
