nilbog's regional teams idea fixes all the problems with team imbalance a lot better than making enchanters have torpor and shit

i like this idea much better than east west thing

racial teams makes it fun to identify teams by sight, or illusions fucking with your ability to identify teams by sight

would be awesome if someone could find a good way to limit 1 account per person and then one team per account, but not sure its possible

Never been a fan of FFA, teams would be a blast - you'd find a lot more community among your team mates knowing any work you put into them is hardcoded as an ally.

There might be some bullshit among the winning team over splitting mobs and shit though.

Would like to see a DAoC style city siege system. Would be really cool to have some means of having guard faction through this as well. Had some thoughts about this a year ago or so. Would be a coding nightmare but conceptually fun to think about.

Three teams way too hard for balance per my experience on sullon. Two teams may be even more lopsided however.

As an old Sullon Zek player I can say it was the most fun I ever had in EQ. 3 team ruleset for the win!

you guys might not realize this, but R99 has pretty much always been a 2 team server. Team_Zerg vs Team_OtherGuys

just plug n play guild names as needed

Limit teams based on IP like they do with box rules? Really x teaming doesn't hurt as long as you cant box x team. They are already pretty decent about stopping boxers. I don't see it being a problem that the devs should invest time to solve.
