1. It'll be announced closer to the time I'd guess - hard to set something in stone this early based on devs RL schedules etc.

Nostalrius is the place to be in the WoW emu community lately, 5000+ nightly I believe? Give that a try if you get tired of your EQ leveling http://en.nostalrius.org
